We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the United States cannot be processed.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST) on business days (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST), on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Processing includes order verification, quality control, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated shipping time within the United States is:

8. Delivery Address Responsibility

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring all address details are complete and accurate.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


9. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempt:

  • The package may be returned to the logistics facility
  • We will contact you to arrange a suitable solution

Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery if the error was caused by incorrect address information.


10. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered completed once the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered.

If you experience an issue after confirmed delivery, please contact us so we can assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier.
