Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy
At Bellmere, we are committed to providing a clear and transparent returns process. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Period
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return requests must be submitted within this 30-day period.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and undamaged
- Be in their original condition
- Include original tags and packaging (if applicable)
- Be approved by our customer service team before being sent back
Trying on items for fit is permitted. However, items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, alterations, or damage beyond normal inspection may be refused or subject to a reduction in refund value.
Bellmere reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Bellmere does not charge restocking or handling fees for approved standard returns.
Returns must be shipped using a trackable and reliable carrier. Bellmere is not responsible for returns that are lost or delayed in transit.
4. Return Address
Returns must only be sent to the return address provided by our customer service team after approval. Returns sent without authorization or to an incorrect address cannot be processed.
5. How to Request a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
- Photos (required for damaged or incorrect items)
- Your full name and shipping address
Return instructions will be provided within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
6. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at: hello@bybellmere.com.
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
If your order has already been shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
7. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval
After the refund has been processed by Bellmere, the time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. Optional shipping upgrades are non-refundable.
Refund amounts may be adjusted if returned items show signs of use or damage beyond normal inspection.
8. Partial Returns & Promotional Offers
If a promotional offer or discount was applied to your order and part of the order is returned, the refund will be recalculated based on the items retained.
Refunds are always based on the final qualifying order value after returned items are deducted.
9. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:
- We may arrange redelivery once the parcel is returned and the correct address is confirmed, or
- A refund may be issued excluding original shipping costs (if applicable)
If returned items are not in original condition, a reduction in value may apply.
10. Policy Updates
Bellmere reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on our website.
