Is there a charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. After dispatch, delivery within the United States is estimated at 8–12 business days. The total estimated delivery time is approximately 9–15 business days from the date of purchase. These are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, seasonal demand, public holidays, and other logistics factors. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

Is it possible to return a product?
Yes. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, in their original condition, with original tags and packaging where applicable. Returns must be approved by our customer service team before being sent back. Please review our Refund & Return Policy for the complete terms.

What’s the process for making a return?
Email hello@bybellmere.com with your order number, the item or items you want to return, and the reason for the return. Photos are required for damaged or incorrect items. Our return instructions are normally provided within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back. What payment methods are available?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Available payment methods can depend on your country, bank, and the payment provider. Payments are processed securely using SSL encryption. See our Transactions Policy for more information.

How can I track my order?
After your order has been dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your delivery status through our order tracking page. Tracking updates may take 3–8 business days to appear after dispatch.

Is it possible to cancel an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bybellmere.com. An order can only be cancelled before it has been processed and dispatched. Once it has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a return after delivery under our Refund & Return Policy.
